ATTENTION PLEASE:

The Ghanaian Government has set 2009 as the target date for all
waste water to be treated and subjected to norms that regulate the
discharge of industrial waste water into the sewage systems, lakes,
rivers and ocean. Compliance estimates 90.8% for 2010.

The Government of Ghana received a Loan from INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATION (IDA) and the fund has been budgeted for the building 18
waste water treatment in Accra, Kumasi and Takarodi, Asamankese among
other places; equipment supplies and services.
