We are pleased to introduce you our company-Industrialtechnic SC, Bulgaria-the biggest producer of hydraulic gear pumps, valves and accessories for hydraulics in Bulgaria.I have to put an accent on this that at the present time we are the only manufacturer of pumps by the high displacement groups IV and V.
Our production line includes:
-Hydraulic gear pumps groups I,II,III,IV and V with working displacements from 1 to 147 cubic meters and working pressure up to 250bar.
-Tandem and tripled pumps based on the main groups of pumps.
--Hydraulic gear pumps with valves
-Check valves with hydraulic control
-Adjustable throttles with check valves
-Motor pumps (when ordered by customer)
-Spare parts and accessories for hydraulics

Hydraulic gear pumps Group I
The gear pumps group I are designed for nominal pressure of 160,180,200 and 250 bar and displacement from 1 to 7 cubic meters. The bodies are made of aluminium extruded profiles. The flanges and covers are made of aluminium or cast iron, depending on the pressure.
The big variety of covers ,bodies and driving shafts enables the production of different modifications.
Hydraulic gear pumps Group II
The gear pumps group II are designed for nominal pressure of 140 and 250 bar and displacement from 4 to 28 cubic meters. The bodies are made of aluminium extruded profiles. The flanges and covers are made of aluminium or cast iron, depending on the pressure.
The big variety of covers ,bodies and driving shafts enables the production of different modifications.

The gear pumps group III are designed for nominal pressure of 125 and 175 bar and displacement from 19.5 to 42.6 cubic meters. The bodies are made of aluminium extruded profiles. The covers are made of alluminium alloy. Three types of connection are manufactured at the inlet and outlet of the pumps by flanges, with pipe thread and metric thread.

The covers are made of alluminium alloy. Three types of connection are manufactured at the inlet and outlet of the pumps by flanges, with pipe thread and metric thread.

Check valves with hydraulic control
Check valves are purposed for regulation of parameters of flow rate and pressure of the working liquid .
Apart from the standard production types, other constructions are made according to the customers requirements. They do not demand special mounting.
Adjustable throttles with check valves
Adjustable hydraulic throttles are manufactured in variant with flow rate 12,30 and 45 l/min and maximum pressure 320.They provide free flow rate of the working liquid in one direction. They do not demand special mounting.
