Silos of galvanized steel

Silos for grain commodities storage is the main product manufactured at the Corporation's plant.

Silos with different handling capacity manufactured and offered by the Corporation are module complexes and allow making technological correlation of any quantity of silos with handling capacity from 100 up to 100,000 tons and more.

Silos of galvanized steel have a number of undeniable advantages and the principle of them are:

· cost for steel silo is less by 50% than for reinforced concrete one and by 70% than cost for silo of precast concrete;

· mounting of steel silos is greatly cheaper thanking to absence of necessity to use lifting machines and it is run faster;

· bins are erected without welding, on bolts and therefore a silo could be dismounted;

· during the usage of galvanized corrugated plate as compared with winding variant of ferrous metal steel intensity is decreased and galvanized bin does not need painting (repainting).
