ZENITH (previously named SAGIE CONSULTING) was founded in 2003 by its sole shareholder and managing director - Mr. YIGAL SAGIE. Mr. Sagie - in the past an Israeli businessman and today Resident of Romania, Is a senior insurance expert both in Israel and Romania, deeply involved in the past in the Israeli business environment - and today the same in Romania.
As an economist, ex banker and an international insurance broker - Mr. Sagie established ZENITH; besides her senior sister company MEDINS 2002 ROMANIA, BROKER DE ASIGURARE - a commercial insurance brokerage company - in order to deal with a few subjects:
1. International trade in grain and commodities.
2. 2.modern messengers company c ...onsultancy to investors in Romania - Real - Estate
3. Commercial Insurance consultancy.
In spite of the on-going economical crisis in Romania .the above subjects needs professional solutions!
1. We are all set to buy this year as much as possible grain from Romania - and sell it to Israeli clients. We estimate the demand for 100,000 m/t .
2. We are about to start a modern deliveries company that does not exist in Bucharest.
3. We use the branched connections and knowledge of Mr. Sagie for Real-Estate consultancy to Israeli investors.
4. We use the company for commercial insurance consultancy to big firms.
Mr. Sagie is negotiating these days with two large investors in Romania to finance part of the above activities -in return to full partnership.
Mr. Sagie , aside to many of ZENITH and MEDINS clients - is hoping for better days for the Romanian Economy - days that hopefully will bring new development and a lot of entrepreneurship to the Romanian market.
